Dr. Phelan is a Pennsylvania native and grew up in Flourtown Montgomery Co. He received his B.A. from the University of Colorado and his Veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He completed his Clinical training at Auburn University in Alabama. Dr. Phelan now resides here in Landenberg and loves exploring the area with his wife and son as well as fishing the local creeks. He currently has a crazy K9 rescue named Rex and a grouchy calico cat named Stella.
Dr. Carrie Woodcock Graduated from the University of Illinois in 1996 and moved to Pennsylvania in 2001. She loves working with patients and clients and has a soft spot for anxious patients.
Dr. Woodcock completed her certification in Canine Rehabilitation and loves putting her training in pain management and mobility to work on patients who are struggling whether they are puppies, recovery from injury or surgery, or trying to age gracefully. Dr. Woodcock welcomes challenging cases that make her “think outside the box.”
When not working, you will find her at home with her cats: Bubba and Bandit, dogs: Mia and Dennis, whichever adult child is willing to hang out, and her husband who is also a Veterinarian. In her spare time, or while commuting, Dr. Woodcock enjoys listening to audiobooks and enjoying the sunshine.
Dr. Jordan Stephenson earned his Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania and brings more than 25 years of veterinary experience to the team, including 19 years in general practice, five years in emergency medicine, and one year in a feline-only practice.
His passion for veterinary medicine began at an early age. As a child, he was often found reading to the family cat, and his lifelong love of animals, combined with a fascination for science, made becoming a veterinarian a natural career choice.
Dr. Stephenson has a special interest in endocrinology, particularly helping diabetic cats achieve successful long-term management. He is passionate about partnering with pet owners to provide individualized care and believes the best outcomes come from doing what’s right for both the animal and the people who love them.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Stephenson is an avid reader and enjoys tackling the New York Times Sunday Crossword—in pen. He shares his home with his two cats, Fatty Arbuckle and Brash.
